Maximator Air Amplifiers

The MAXIMATOR PLV series air amplifiers are designed for compressing pressurized air or nitrogen, efficiently boosting standard pressures of 4 or 6 bar to the required final levels. These amplifiers operate using standard shop air and are available in multiple amplification ratios to suit various applications.

All PLV Air Amplifiers can be equipped with an air control unit that includes a filter, pressure regulator with a pressure gauge, and an air shut-off valve. The operating pressure can be preset according to the required pressure ratios using the control unit. We offer both standard PLV Air Amplifier Stations and customized solutions to meet specific needs.

The standard air system compresses air to the required higher final pressure, providing a simple, safe, and cost-effective solution. This eliminates the need for an in-house high-pressure system or a separate decentralized compressor unit, reducing overall expenses.

The benefits of this design are:

  • Selected pressure boosting upstream of individual consumers.

  • Zero energy consumption after final pressure is attained.

  • No electrical installations are required.
